Freeze / Lock your card and ship it to us.
You can freeze/lock your card temporarily by using the banking app or contacting the bank directly. Complete shipping guide will be given after checkout.
Don’t want to engrave your CVV code? Scratch it off from your plastic card before sending it to us.
Step 3
We begin working on your card straight away.
This means that when your card arrives, we will begin the transfer process. We are proud to be PCI Compliant, to ensure that your data remain secure.
We do not store any information of your card in any kind, all data transferring is conducted offline for your financial security.
Step 4
We ship both your old and new metal cards back to you within 1-2 business days.
The package will be sent with the fastest and tracked shipping method. You will be updated with the tracking number through email.
