Will my new metal card work?

Your new metal card will work everywhere globally. Please note that if your current card has a contactless payment this feature will not be available on your new metal card.

Older ATM machine tend to block the card due to the thickness of the metal card.
Swiping or inserting to the EDC machine will still work perfectly.

Zero Stored Card Data
We don’t keep, save, or store any of your credit card information.
Offline Encoding
The data transfer process is entirely offline, ensuring that your information remains safe and secure.

We know you don’t want to be without your card, so we provide accelerated shipping at no additional cost to you.
Secure Shipping
We provide secure mailing envelopes, online tracking, and insurance at no additional cost. If your card is lost or damaged in transit, we’ll cover the cost of replacement.

Locking Your Card During Shipping
This step will protect you in the unlikely event that your card becomes lost or stolen in transit.

How we do it?

We transfer your card’s data over to the new card by encoding and engraving. Your old card’s EMV chip is physically transferred to the new metal one using our highly refined and secure transfer process. All data transferring is conducted offline for your financial security.

How long does the process take?

Send us your plastic card and we will notify you once this is received. We recommend sending this Express so you can always track it and avoid any delays. Once received we will begin production of your new custom card and it will be ready for postage within 1-2 days. From here we will send both your cards new and old back to you via your choice of shipping.

What can I have on my custom card?

Besides the Pre-made designs, you can fully customize the card with your design. You are solely responsible for the content that you post/upload and Zenith Card doesn’t assume liability for copyright and trademark infringements.

What materials are used to make the card?

The card is made with premium stainless steel for Mirror Silver, and Matte Black Silver, brass for the Matte Black Gold, and, and premium stainless steel with 24K Gold Plating for the 24K Mirror Gold.

What color options are available?

You can choose from five different color options: 24K Mirror Gold, Mirror Silver, Matte Black Silver, Matte Black Gold, and Matte White.

Are there pre-made designs available?

Yes, there are several collections of pre-made designs available for you to choose from. See Pre-made designs.

Can I create a custom design for my card?

Yes, custom design options are available. See Custom page.

Will my metal card last?

Your card will last as long as you want to. However, for the 24K Mirror Gold and Mirror Silver, due to the inherent properties of these finishes, they are more susceptible to scratches than other color options.

What is included in the package?

Each package will include a 24K Gold Plated Token of Authenticity to verify the authenticity of the card.

Order

Do I need to send my plastic card?

Yes, you will need to send their plastic card so that the EMV chip transplanting process can be completed. We guarantee the security of your information and will provide instructions on how to send your card safely after payment. See How it works.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit or debit cards, bank transfer, as well as payment via GoPay and ShopeePay.

How many cards can I purchase per order?

You can purchase a maximum of one item per order.

Can I request a refund?

Yes, you can request a refund if the order status is still ‘Waiting on card arrival’. If the order status has changed to ‘Shipped’, then refunds will not be available. See Refund Policy.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can log into your account here to view the status of their order. They will also receive email updates as their order progresses through the fulfillment process.
